The Dino Malaye and certificate verification scandal should not be a surprise to many Nigerians who care to know deep about his qualification. The last time i listen to Dino Malaye interview with one of those television station asking him about his qualification, i heard him replied saying his studying political science at masters level.

The senate house in Nigeria comprises of senators without authentic certificates, if we decide to do certificate verification, we will be imaging number of senator that don't have updated result. I know the certificate scandal will be sweep under carpet, because this is not the first time issue of certificate forgery will come up in senate house.

Every University in Nigeria as it record keeping, it depends on the method and approach each University applied, For university of Lagos due to technological advancement, it as conjure many ways of detecting fake certificate from any person presenting it.
1. Record office; are to keep update of your result and issue transcript when needed.
2. Certificate and Verification Office; are to issue certificate any graduands and make sure name appears on year book.
3. Academic affairs are to input the certificate number into computer for reference

So with all above mention office and their sub-duty you can tell lies over you graduating from unilag or not, well if Dino Malaye is telling lies he should be strip off his post and and return all the salaries and skewed benefits he has being enjoying when he was with house of representatives and senate.
