Nigeria civil servants are the most neglected  and redundant servant in the history of civil service commission all over the world. There is no time civil servant enjoys their stewardship for the stipulated time assigned to them be it 30 or 35 years in service.

The olusegun obasanjo administration was the worst administration for the Nigerian civil servants, He introduced many draconian policies that are not favourabe to Nigerians workers. He also cancelled annual leave allowance, and introduce a contribution scheme called pencom and pensure.

As a civil servant, you are forced to contribute your retirement fund with hard earned money, To a non-governmental organization to save for civil servant retirement plan. The amount save to date is running up trillions of naira. The account was not properly audited and non-remittance of the civil servant deduction.
