JUNGLE JUSTICE AS A DEATH PENALTY IN NIGERIA

Jungle justice as a death penalty as gain public approval in Nigeria, even the three arms of government are not proffering solution to it, or does it mean that the country constitution was to flexible clampdown the culprits. If Nigerians will recall the killing of those four University of Port Harcourt students and many of their likes. The jungle justice varies as follows there is jungle justice for, stealing, armed robbery, kidnapping and blasphemy. I think these are only cause of jungle justice.

Apparently, this trend is becoming normal phenomena and gradually coming to stay as constitutional law. There was a intensive debate between the senators on how to curb jungle justice punishment in Nigeria but trust Nigerian senators all will end of paper plan. We have many bills that never scale through first reading in the house of assembly, that can change many unconstitutional law to constitutional law, the law makers would not allow this type of law to prevail knowing well that they might be the victim of this constitutional law.

The jungle justice on religious aspect was disturbing in the sense that when you say a blasphemy word to other religious counterpart and he misinterpreted the word automatically the person that say the word will murdered with jungle justice approach. a good example was of the man name gideon beheaded in kano state over using Chinese balm precaution leaflet for toiletting and the illiterate hausa man mistook for holy quran the was not mob immediately he taking to central prison(kurmawa) in kano, some days after, that is on friday after jumaat prayer the muslims jahadist took to kano street chanting gedions name already they have the full information that he was lock in kurmawa prison, because we had two maximum prison the kurmawa and close to the emir of kano house. The indigene of imo state was gruesomely beheaded in the front thousands jihads till today that is where the tragedy ends.
