RECESS IN TIME OF RECESSION
The Nigerian people won't remain silent over the nonchalant attitude of our law makers, the country was in deep recession, yet anytime from now the law makers will be planning to go for their annual recess for period of three months and the allowance will cost the country billions of naira. if really they care about the masses why can't they forfeit their recess at the expense of the well being of commoners.no they can't do that because of their selfish interest, and their love for flying offshore for relaxation, tourism and ostentation lifestyle. The country mainstream of economic is unproductive, the law makers never sit and discuss the way out even if the sitting will cost good three month to get on matters they won't do that, only to debate on unnecessary bills that won't add value or change the life of it citizen. the most annoying part of it that the law makers can never treat a urgent bill in a week interval even if the bill is to safe life, the only words that come out from their mouth is we are on top of the matter, and at the end of the day matter dies down and they will be waiting for another fresh bill to deliberate on. how do we stop the law makers from going to their long vacation, this can achieved by peaceful protest, through a intensive letter to Mr. president to postponed their holiday and not to release the fund they will use to finance their recess. The law makers are benefiting so much in time of recess because even when the country was in turmoil they still embark on their recess, i know stopping them will be difficult, but let give it a try.
