2016/2017 BUDGET SUFFER SET BACK DUE TO LACK OF AMPLE ROOM FOR BUDGET PADDING

Since the inception of democracy people have been enjoying the country annual budgetary allocation, suddenly we are facing the tough moment of our life, from the present administration by not reading and executing 2016/2017 budget.

We are eventually lost by not knowing the position of our annual budget due to tricks and pranks played by the honourable speaker of the house of representative. A whistle was blow against last year budget that he was padded, the whistle blower suffer a heavy blow.

This led to a delay in the passage of the budget for accent and due to lack of enough cash to fund the budget was still in drab, we kept hearing millions and trillion on capital project, what about concurrent expenditure, nothing is done to that aspect.

Last year budget was seriously padded, after much fact-finding everything was swept under carpet. I believe there was no ample room for budget padding this time around that is why we had a delay. The senator are busy chasing something else rather than fix the budget.
