WHO ARE THE BENEFICIARIES OF 2016/2017 BUDGET

Budget as we all know it comprises total of capital and recurrent expenditure planned by federal government to expend on the growth and development of a specific country. The huge amount as a year life span, it has to be exhausted on before the end of a year or return back to federal government coffers.

Since the inception of Buhari-led administration the word budget as turn to nightmare, it lost relevancy and importance to Nigeria citizens. The year 2016 budget could not be ascertained, the federal government may be it set to focus on recurrent expenditure or capital expenditure, we need explanation.


We are now in year 2017, we haven't heard anything about the budget, so WHO ARE THE BENEFICIARIES OF 2016/2016 budget allocation. Truly the federal government are not sincere in  dealing with it citizens, they are only interested in unleashing pains and trauma on it citizens and state.
