I am not trying to protect or purview  senator Dino Melaye over the allegation of certificate scandal, that is rocking his career and position in the upper chamber of national assembly. I have many seen cases related to Dino Melaye's case, students without completing university requirement and go for NYSC programme with senate approval.

It depends the status of the student broadsheet presented to the senate on student result by the exam officer of that faculty/department, Many student have get away with this without anybody noticing it.
It is true that many student had enjoy waiver over time, this made them depend so much at end of it they not get approval from the senate.

Then, they must have settle lecturer teaching the very course, but the lecturer won't tell students the truth behind it. i as a university staff i have seen many cases related to that of Dino Melaye, it was not a serious issue as social media expand it, though because DOG EAT DOG RELATIONSHIP IN THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, that is why the issue was escalated.
