SUING UNIVERSITY TO COURT A WASTE OF TIME

It is true that nobody or organization is above the law, but today in Nigeria it is quite glaring that some people and some organization are above the law. To make law prevail in this country we most promulgate and obey law and order cross the country.

Some university students has formed the habit of suing their university to court for the reason that can be solved through the faculty board of studies, whenever, they are in two hundred level above, they start exercising their right. The fact remains that you can defeat any university in the court of law,

As a student, I don't know how do you want to go about it, where we had many professors of law and you want to stand against them as a plaintiff or defendant, any which way,  you will end up as a loser. I have seen many cases of student suing their alma matea (their university) to court may be because they were denied the course of their choice or expulsion from the university.

Every university as it own legal affair unit that deals or oversees cases related to suing university to court, The legal affairs unit administrators are well trained on legal issues, and the boss heading the the unit most be a person with law background.
