HIDDEN BEHIND IMMUNITY TO COMMIT IMPUNITY.

The governors of 36 state in Nigerian are hidden behind immunity to commit impunity, the immune vested on them, make them to feel untouchable and irresistible.The governors are the brain behind failure and backwardness of some state, by not putting the growth and development of the state first and foremost. They are just arms chair governors, they are not creative enough to invent or give new ideas to drive forward the state for betterment.


These same governor approve state own contract to their relatives and friends, even go far by inflating the contracts. If the relatives doesn't know anything about contract they advised them to sub-contract and get share at a percentage, the governor his getting his own cut too, along the line may ask the contractor to stop the project and money maybe diverted to different account that has nothing to do with contract. These trends continues in as much as the governor his on the governorship position.


The immune given to them serve as a shield for protection against external aggression, That is why most of the governors are feel relax even if they are not performing they knew their four years must be completed without loosing that post another person.The immunity allows them to steal from government coffers, through a budget allocation of it state.They are also vested with power that can sanction any individual found wanton with the state own resources, and prosecute he or she in accordance with rules and regulations governing related offences.
