PAPER PLAN THAN REALITY PROGRAMME

Our Nigerian policy and constitution is based on paper plan than reality programme, In the house of assembly our senators are good in drafting policy rather than making it a reality programme. many bills as scale through first and second reading, some have even scale the accent state but still they are not implemented for it purpose.They kept proposing for the bills just have the senate session going, cost of running all these bills alone is questionable.The senators and house of representative use one third of their working days for recess three months approximately, some of have time for their personal businesses since their job is not demanding. some of the senate or representatives may not pass single bill from his constituecy of to end of session those are the arms chair senators, they collect their salaries in full and enjoy other string benefit.
