A PARIAH NATION (BIAFRANS)

The entire Igbo indigens of Easthern part of Nigeria has louded their agitation for self-reliance, independent and a pariah nation. The quest for their secession from their mother country is getting uncontrollable, with the number of crowd-out supporters. In a real parlance biafra is dead but the name fails to die with it, the name biafra exhume itself and conjure a strong relics to that name "BIAFRA" that's why the ipob are crazy about it.The ipobs should have a good rethink over the step they wants to take may be is a favourable one or not. there warlord who champion biafra could have be alive and reveal the truth about how biafra has been fought ruthlessly.I don't pray for a war without end and those who witness it and alive should testify what they went through or give the bitter pills to new agitators.If a war or secession is something of high intergrity or pedigree many states in Nigeria will seek for one.There are many factors the ipobs are not putting into consideration like area of development and growth, resources endowment and comparative advantage and it disadvantages over the neighboring states.

 MERIT OF A PARIAH NATION

• SELF-RELIANCE: The agitator should have this in mind that they have to rely on whatever they have as their resources, except if they are in comparative advantage with other states

• RESOURCES ENDOWMENT: They have to be resources endow if they want to secede form Nigeria to be able to stand on their own without external aid.

• FOREIGN EXCHANGE: There currency must be recognised internationally for smooth transaction between them and their economy counterparts.

 DEMERIT OF A PARIAH NATION

• WRONG NOTION: The agitators where given wrong impression about seceding from it mother's country not outline the effect to them, because most of them are illiterate or semi illiterate that fighting for what they i don't the implications.

• PROXIMITY: They will find it difficult to settle down as a pariah nation because their relationship with their neigbours will not start overnight, it will take time to established that cordial relationship.
• AURTATRKY: The economy will suffer a setback  because to start with open economy was not a easy task, import and export has to be nullified.
