A new trend as emerge in the aspect of disbursing cash to state government only, without considering local and federal government. The state government as being benefiting from a billions of dollars called PARIS FUND, the source of this fund wasn't known to millions of Nigerians yet.

The whooping amount of dollars keep coming in trenches and immediately it arrives, it will distributed to the appropriate state account for disbursement. I can't tell if Nigeria government are borrowing from outside the country or it has a foreign investment that the citizens of Nigeria don't know.

The truth about the funds is that it was not being use as intended by the federal government,  the state government divert the money for others purposes. Some of the governor's invested the money into their personal business, a money meant for civil servant and pensioner's salaries.

Why the money is meant for state alone what about others tiers of government are they not working or are not recognized the federal government, if so let the federal create another avenue for funds and they should whatever they want, ours is to benefit from the cash.

These relief fund has made many state to become lazy to explore it natural resources endowment and others resourceful avenue, since the fund kept as intended by the state governor's. one of the governor even went far by building a mega hotel somewhere in Lagos with this so called Paris fund.

But the federal government and those who benefit from federalism system of government remain adamant.

The federalism system of government give much power to the central than the surbordinate, still the principal officers arrogate more power to themselves. These are the benefits they enjoyed at the expense of the masses, and that is why they view restructuring as a evil to democracy.

Nigeria was unconsciously built in 1914 by a system of marriage called exogamy where a man marry a woman outside his tribe, As time goes by this marriage will surely break-up due to language barriers and others irregularities. This marriage gave birth to hatred, calamity, nepotism so forth and so on.

If really they wants to restructure Nigerian in accordance to the 1999 constitution it will have been better than some group of tribesmen that felt that Nigerian belongs to them and ruling over others is their birth right. And even issuing a quit notice to their fellow human being, such is life.

Many religious leaders always encourage the youths to be prayerful without making provision of what they will be engage in for the prosperity of Nigeria, that is why many youths engaged themselves in internet frauds and other related crime. crime is the order of the day, while many feels is the short cut to the top.

Our problem is more spiritual than physical in Nigeria i must tell, we only focus on prayer rather than putting effort and get instant result from our input. Though sometimes prayer moves mountain, but without we coming out support the mountain with our hand the mountain may not move an inch.

The ruling party APC had made a lot of promises of turning the standard of living of Nigerian's around with their party manifesto, But the manifesto fails to yield any result rather we are worst off compare to when PDP are on the throne, Now they only call for our prayers to see them through their woes.

When will Nigerian citizens start enjoying dividend of democracy and others stringed benefit they are entitle for, for the past two years now that president Buhari took over from the ex-president (Goodluck Jonathan), our annual budget as being suffered setback from the hand of members of national assembly most especially the speaker of the house representatives (Yakubu Dogara).

The acting president (Osinbajo) was hypnotized to believed that the budget was in order and good condition before appending his signature, after he signed long waited budget, he later found out that the budget is technically tempered with by inserting, increasing and decreasing some huge amount of money already stipulated in the final budget.

Nigerians are tired of the Ginu games played by the principal officers handling our budget, millions of people are waiting to see the outcome of the 2016/2017 budget and the money to be disburse in accordance with the figures in the budget booklet. but still, the principal officers will delayed the budget accent due to their selfish interest.

OUR BUDGET IN WRONG HANDS, in the sense that if we continue to allow the speaker of the house of representative to handle our budget it means we in a wrong hands, upon what transpired between Dogara and Jubrin over the last year budget padding, it means Jubrin is telling the truth against the speaker. only can save us from the hand of national assembly scavengers.

Tribalism as cause many people their job and denial from natural externalities we suppose to enjoy from another tribal person, and this persist, when looking for a job the first thing you will be ask is that from which state are you, if you not from the examiner state your chance of losing the job is 99percent.

Intolerance is the major setback in Nigeria, simply no wants to tolerate you, if you are not speaking the dialect. it is common among the Nigerian's, you must understand someone language before you can get help from that person if any.

Religion is the opium of the masses, whenever a man of god is preaching you will experience a crowd to their fullest extend, but the question what message the preacher is passing to his congregation and what is the feedback into society. we must looking into religious preachers closely, sometimes they are the cause hate speech in the community.

Nepotism also the order of the day, the vacant in office must be reserved my uncle, even if your is still in is secondary school level, many office holder today does not have their Wac and B.SC certificate still they occupy the juicy post in all the organization the four corner of Nigeria.

The senator always believe he is above the law, after all people from his state are not benefiting from is proceed only few political animal that enjoys proceeds. most of the senator are there for something else rather than making provision for the poor masses.
